AuBEX Group main bases

AuBEX Group is constituted by four companies, as the core of the microfluidic control technology, we manufacture stationery tips, cosmetic tips, and medical devices, etc. Here we introduce the major sites of the group.

Core Center

We manufacture the control core in the microfluidic control technologies that are the core of AuBEX Group.

We manufacture the fine capilary which has three-dementional network structure and the modified cross section tube by precision profile extrusion with utilizing microfluidic control technology which is our core technology. The process management from a complex structural design with its own technology, because it can control a minute flow rate by performing up to resistance measurement, not only in the stationery for the pen tip, has been spreaded to a variety of fields, such as cosmetic and medical fields. By technology that has been developed over many years we will meet the various needs of customers.

New Tech Center

Completed in November 2017 as a research and development and logistics base of the AuBEX Group.

Intensified in our market competition, innovation, such as the diversification of needs, order to respond to the rapidly changing business environment, we have aggregated many years, the technology and know-how that has been accumulated in the group to our center. As a core base for research and development of AuBEX Group, research and development to a further acceleration, we aim to high-quality services provided to meet the needs of our customers in a more high technology. Also, we are working rationalization of logistics within the group by features a logistics center.

AuBEX TECHNOLOGY, which is the processing base of the AuBEX Group, uses precision grinding in various shapes as a relatively soft control core made of synthetic resin or chemical fiber as a stationary pen tip or cosmetic tip. By using original grinding processing technology and image inspection equipment, we are achieving high quality, high precision product processing. We will respond to various demands of customers by technology that we have cultivated over many years.

AuBEX MEDICAL, the manufacturing base of the AuBEX Group's medical device, mainly manufactures pressurized drug injectors for chemotherapy and guide wires for catheter treatment. We also do sterilization processing for cosmetic tips. We are pursuing technological development through group research and development and collaboration with external organizations in order to further enhance the technologies we have cultivated, with high reliability and safety required as highly controlled medical device manufacturers.
