    Research and development

    We research and develop nibs that perform optimally with different types of inks.

    Manufacturing

    Many raw material threads are bundled together to create a long, thin rod.
    Different production methods are used depending on the product.

    Processing

    The rod is cut to an appropriate length. Then, precision processes are implemented to appropriately shape the rods for different pen types.

    Inspections

    Products are checked to ensure they conform to predetermined shape and performance standards.

Our polyester fiber nibs ensure a smooth feeling of writing and come in a wide variety, ready to be used for diverse purposes. They can be used with a wide range of inks virtually free from discoloration of inks.

General-purpose nibs(plastics)
Plastic nibs feel rigid but smooth when writing and enable drawing extra-fine lines. In addition, they can withstand strong writing pressure and have a superior resistance, which is another benefit. Plastic nibs have a high chemical resistance and are virtually free from discoloration of ink.
